Launch agency FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers about the launch, the creators, the numbers and pricing. If your question isn’t here, just ask.

What you get

The launch

The story, a founder video, executive posts in the run-up, a creator campaign you approve and a coordinated launch on X, followed by three weeks of follow-up. One team, one fee.

A studio makes the video. We make the video and get it in front of an audience, with guaranteed views in the contract.

Five weeks from kickoff to launch day, then three weeks of follow-up. We take on two launches a month, so we confirm dates on the call.

X is where most tech news breaks and where creator posts build on each other. Your executives post on LinkedIn too during the warm-up, but the launch itself happens on X.

Who carries the story

The creators

We suggest them, you decide. You see the full list with each creator’s reach and audience before anything goes out. Reject a name and we replace it.

Yes. Every creator post is marked as a partnership. We do not buy engagement and we do not run undisclosed posts.

No. That’s what the creators and the warm-up are for: they give companies without a following a real launch.

How views are counted

The numbers

Views on X as reported by X's own analytics, across the launch post and the coordinated creator posts within the launch window. You get access to the dashboard.

We add more creators you have already approved, at our cost, before the window closes. If we still miss, you get a refund in proportion to the shortfall.

No. We guarantee views. Past launches have driven thousands of sign-ups and six-figure pre-orders, but conversions depend on your product and your website.

The practical side

Working together

Most founders say that. We coach you before the shoot, write the script the way you actually talk, and film plenty of takes so there is always a version that works.

A kickoff call, one feedback round per stage, a half-day shoot and approving the creator list. Most founders spend under ten hours over the five weeks.

We keep posting for three weeks, then send a report with every number and our suggestions for what to do next.

Yes. Executive ghostwriting, a creator campaign on its own or just the launch video are all available. See the plans page.
